Production equipment from the US, the UK and Japan
Using high-quality equipment means delivering high-quality products. We fill your orders using an automatic printer from Dek, high-speed chip component placement machines from Panasonic and lead-free hot-air reflow ovens from Vitronics. We source parts from Sony and Samsung, as well as use Yamaha SMT insertion lines and equipment from Agilent and IFR. Our 8,000m² factory is ISO 9001:2000- and ISO 14001:2004-certified by CQC. Equipped with 14 automatic production lines, we turn out 700,000 tuners and 200,000 modules with the help of 500 workers every month. Sixty-five percent of these items are exported.
